HOW PAPER STRIPS GRID ART WAS BORN
It began with an accident—while removing tape from a finished watercolor, the paper tore. Instead of discarding it, I tore the painting into strips and started weaving them, transforming the damaged work into something entirely new.
For three days, I explored this process of tearing and weaving—an act of construction and deconstruction—creating nearly eight artworks. What started as a mistake became a new artistic method.
